Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees:

• • Up to 15 July: 20% of registration fee
• • From 16 July onwards: 50% of registration fee
• • No-shows: 100% of registration fee

Substitute delegates accepted at no charge. Deadline to submit request is 07 August.

Old Economy will make every reasonable effort to hold Old economy Seminar 2026 as planned. However, Old Economy reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event at its discretion, including for reasons beyond its control.

If the event is cancelled due to circumstances within the Old Economy control, delegates will be entitled to a full refund of registration fees. In cases where cancellation results from circumstances beyond the Old Economy reasonable control, any refund will be made at Old Economy's sole discretion. Old Economy will not be liable for any other costs or losses incurred, including travel, accommodation, or other expenses.

Privacy:
We recognize the importance of protecting the privacy of all information provided by delegates. Read our Privacy Policy. By registering for this event you are accepting the terms and conditions of our Privacy Policy.

Payment:
Full payment must be received prior to the event. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in refused entry to the conference onsite.

Photography and Filming:
Filming and photography will take place during the event. Images and video material are owned by Old Economy and may be used in press releases, printed publicity, on our website and/or on our social media channels.
