Packaging Paper & Board Conference 2026
1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees are based on the date of written notification received:
- Up to 15 July 2026: 20% of registration fee
- From 16 July 2026 onwards: 50% of registration fee
- No-shows: 100% of registration fee
Substitute delegates are accepted at no extra charge. Requests for substitutions must be submitted in writing by 07 August 2026.
2. Event Modification
Old Economy will make every reasonable effort to hold the Packaging Paper & Board Conference 2026 as planned. However, we reserve the right to modify the agenda, postpone, or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control.
In the unlikely event of cancellation by Old Economy for reasons within our control, delegates will receive a full refund. For cancellations due to force majeure, refunds will be at the sole discretion of Old Economy.
3. Privacy & Data
We recognize the importance of protecting your privacy. By registering, you accept our Privacy Policy. Your information will be used to process your registration and provide event updates.
4. Photography & Filming
Filming and photography will take place during the event. Images and video material are owned by Old Economy and may be used in promotional materials, press releases, and social media.
5. Payment Terms
Full payment must be received prior to the conference. Entry to the venue will only be permitted for delegates whose accounts are fully settled.
